Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Systems & Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support for daily IT operations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage key systems across the organization—including networking, security, user accounts, marketing tools, and production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot PC, network, printer, and server issues across multiple departments
- Monitor and maintain servers (Exchange, Sage, Magic Touch, Elevate, etc.)
- Manage firewall, WiFi networks, ports, and threat protection tools
- Set up and onboard new users (email, login credentials, workstation configuration)
- Support CAD/CAM software (3Shape) and 3D printing systems
- Administer security cameras, including footage retrieval and system updates
- Provide technical support for direct mail systems and marketing software
- Maintain documentation, perform data backups, and ensure compliance with IT policies
Skills / Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and IT hardware
- Experience with server maintenance, backup solutions, and endpoint security tools
- Familiarity with office productivity tools and specialized software preferred (e.g., 3Shape, MagicTouch)
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and support cross-functional teams
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Position Summary
We are looking for a focused and dependable Casting Technician to join our team. You will be dedicated to the specific process of investing, casting, and divesting ring wax patterns to transform temporary designs into permanent metal restorations. Once your step in the fabrication process is complete, the raw castings are sent directly to our lab floor technicians for final finishing.
Key Responsibilities
- Investing: Secure wax crown patterns inside metal rings and pour liquid mold material around them smoothly.
- Oven Burnout: Place the set molds into a furnace to melt and evaporate the temporary wax pattern.
- Casting: Melt dental metal alloys in a crucible and operate a casting machine to inject the liquid metal into the mold.
- Divesting & Transfer: Break open the cooled molds, cut away excess metal pathways, sandblast the raw restorations clean, and send them to the lab floor technicians.
Skills / Qualifications
- Ability to learn and execute the core cycle of investing, casting, and divesting ring wax patterns.
- Strong hand-eye coordination to handle small, fragile, millimeter-scale components.
- Ability to strictly follow specific timing, measurements, and temperature guidelines.
- Comfort working safely around high-heat laboratory equipment and furnaces.
- Comfort using basic hand tools, cutting wheels, and sandblasting units.
- Reliability, patience, and strong attention to detail are required.

Position Summary
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience with Implants; including but not limited to metal finishing, die trimming, waxing, ceramic frameworks, gold crowns, and PFM (Porcelain-fused-to- metal). You will be required to multi-task, effectively manage time, and work closely with other members of the laboratory team to ensure cases are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs metal finishing for implant restorations, including but not limited to adjusting, contouring, and polishing restorations to meet quality standards
- Accurately trims dies and prepares cases for production according to laboratory specifications
- Performs waxing for implant cases while maintaining proper anatomy, contours, contacts, and occlusion
- Seats and finishes ceramic frameworks to ensure proper fit and overall quality
- Seats and polishes gold crowns according to laboratory specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards
- Collaborates with the laboratory team to ensure an efficient and organized case workflow
Skills / Qualifications
- Implant fabrication experience
- Experience with metal finishing and waxing
- Experience working with crown & bridge cases and various restoration types
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time in a production environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, tooth morphology, & occlusion
- Recommended: knowledge of all phases of implant fabrication, including metal finishing, waxing, framework finishing, and polishing

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist with managing the daily logistics of our dental cases. You will play an important role in ensuring that physical and digital cases are accurately logged, tracked, and dispatched to dental offices on schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Handle the daily shipping and receiving of dental cases, including unloading, sorting, prioritizing, and preparing incoming and outgoing packages
- Check and accurately log inbound digital cases and enter case information into current systems
- Prepare cases and materials for shipment by weighing, packaging, stamping, and completing necessary shipping forms, including invoices and shipping labels
- Monitor case status and ship dates, update case information, and follow up with dental offices as needed to ensure cases move accurately through the lab
- Prepare and fulfill supply orders, ensuring requested materials are accurately packaged and shipped
Skills / Qualifications
- Data entry experience with attention to detail and accuracy
- Dental lab experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge with the ability to learn and utilize new programs
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
