Position Summary
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience with Dentures/Removables; including but not limited to fabrication, processing and finishing of valplast, nightguards, snore appliances. Assisting customers via telephone with their request and if needed routing calls to various departments. You will be required to multi-task, and effectively use time management.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering inbound telephone calls and assisting offices with including but not limited to verifying and/or scheduling shipping dates, scanning cases, requesting shades or any missing/needed information
- Use strong communication skills to engage in problem-solving and treatment planning directly with dentists/doctors to ensure successful case outcomes.
- Follows-up on requests made by doctors/offices on specific cases
- Monitors rush case flow to ensure cases with impending ship dates are completed correctly and on time; schedules new shipping dates as necessary
- Communicates with dental technicians, floor supervisors or managers to ensure cases move accurately through the lab
Skills / Qualifications
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Dental Fabrication experience plus
- Magic Touch experience plus
- Familiarity with dental lab equipment and materials
- Experience working with and processing various digital scans and modeless cases.
- Recommended: knowledge of all phases of removable appliances fabrication, processing and finishing

- Full & Partial Fabrication: Perform start-to-end production of prosthetics, including denture teeth set-up, wax, process, and finish
- Utilize CAD/CAM scanning and design software to create high-precision digital dentures and frameworks
- Use strong communication skills to engage in problem-solving and treatment planning directly with dentists to ensure successful case outcomes.
- Ensure cases move accurately through the lab, confirming that final results match doctor prescriptions.
Skills / Qualifications
- Knowledge of all phases of removable appliances fabrication, processing and finishing including but not limited to: Valplast, nightguards, snore appliances
- Knowledge of dental terminology

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience with Implants; including but not limited to metal finishing, die trimming, waxing, ceramic frameworks, gold crowns, and PFM (Porcelain-fused-to- metal). You will be required to multi-task, effectively manage time, and work closely with other members of the laboratory team to ensure cases are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs metal finishing for implant restorations, including but not limited to adjusting, contouring, and polishing restorations to meet quality standards
- Accurately trims dies and prepares cases for production according to laboratory specifications
- Performs waxing for implant cases while maintaining proper anatomy, contours, contacts, and occlusion
- Seats and finishes ceramic frameworks to ensure proper fit and overall quality
- Seats and polishes gold crowns according to laboratory specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards
- Collaborates with the laboratory team to ensure an efficient and organized case workflow
Skills / Qualifications
- Implant fabrication experience
- Experience with metal finishing and waxing
- Experience working with crown & bridge cases and various restoration types
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time in a production environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, tooth morphology, & occlusion

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist with managing the daily logistics of our dental cases. You will play an important role in ensuring that physical and digital cases are accurately logged, tracked, and dispatched to dental offices on schedule. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong organizational skills to keep our lab running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the daily shipping and receiving of dental cases, including unloading, sorting, prioritizing, and preparing incoming and outgoing packages
- Check and accurately log inbound digital cases and enter case information into current systems
- Prepare cases and materials for shipment by weighing, packaging, stamping, and completing necessary shipping forms, including invoices and shipping labels
- Monitor case status and ship dates, update case information, and follow up with dental offices as needed to ensure cases move accurately through the lab
- Prepare and fulfill supply orders, ensuring requested materials are accurately packaged and shipped
Skills / Qualifications
- Data entry experience with attention to detail and accuracy
- Dental lab experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge with the ability to learn and utilize new programs
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
