Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Systems & Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support for daily IT operations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage key systems across the organization—including networking, security, user accounts, marketing tools, and production equipment.
This is a fast-paced, highly varied position ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, enjoys working across departments, and has a solid foundation in IT infrastructure and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot PC, network, printer, and server issues across multiple departments
- Monitor and maintain servers (Exchange, Sage, Magic Touch, Elevate, etc.)
- Manage firewall, WiFi networks, ports, and threat protection tools
- Set up and onboard new users (email, login credentials, workstation configuration)
- Support CAD/CAM software (3Shape) and 3D printing systems
- Administer security cameras, including footage retrieval and system updates
- Provide technical support for direct mail systems and marketing software
- Maintain documentation, perform data backups, and ensure compliance with IT policies
- Support custom reports, system upgrades, and special tech projects
Skills / Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and IT hardware
- Experience with server maintenance, backup solutions, and endpoint security tools
- Familiarity with office productivity tools and specialized software preferred (e.g., 3Shape, Magic Touch)
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and support cross-functional teams
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

As a family-owned and growing company with a strong reputation for customer satisfaction, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to support our financial operations and ensure the accuracy of our accounting processes.
Position Summary
The ideal candidate must have at least two years of CAD/CAM design experience and a great work ethic. Must be knowledgeable of 3Shape / Exocad scanning and design software and able to trouble shoot problems with individual cases. Must have experience working with and processing various digital scans and modeless cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design dental CAD Full Contour Crowns, Bridges, and Implants
- Design cases according to Doctors’ prescription requests using 3Shape CAD/CAM software
- Maintain strong attention to detail to produce high-quality designs that meet doctors’ specifications every time
Skills / Qualifications
- CAD/CAM Scanning/Design Experience (3Shape, Exocad)
- Able to closely follow dentist instructions and able to produce quality work
- Able to produce a minimum of 50 units per day
- Full Crown & Bridge Knowledge
- Knowledge of single units & bridges
- Knowledge of implant model construction, abutment design, surgical guides
- Full arch / All-on-X protocols and workflow
